Description of the business

An equestrian business which has been run successfully for the last 10 years offering fully inclusive holidays with riding and trekking trips over a wide local area including countryside and woodland as well as over their own cross country course giving a very wide range of routes so even on a weeks holiday, you should have different rides each day. There is annual repeat business is currently over 50% and when I visited the property in November and spoke to one of the regulars, she enthused about the riding and potential there would be for someone to improve the already successful business. The business is fully established and most of the equipment to run the business will be left and included, subject to satisfactory outcome of the negotiations. The 20 or so horses are NOT INCLUDED although are available by separate negotiation. Visitors come from all over the world and it is presently run by an English family so fluent French is not essential to running this business, although some knowledge will be needed. It is situated about 5 minutes from the local town which has village shop, primary school, pharmacie, bar and restaurant, garage and a Salle de fetes The nearest airport is at Rodez, some 45 minutes away and Toulouse is about 2 hours away. There is a train service from Toulouse to Capdenac so clients could be met there if they did want to hire a car. There are supermarkets in Capdenac as well as in Figeac where there are also secondary schools.
