There are also 4 individual wall-mounted automated water troughs for horses. The upper level is totally original and still retains the wooden poles and wires which were used to dry tobacco leaves that were once grown in the area. The roof and wall timbers in this barn are magnificent. Access to both levels of the barn are external and can therefore be used for 2 very different and separate uses.
Gardens and swimming pool

Access to the swimming pool is via a beautiful rose pergola with feature fountain at one end. The swimming pool measures 12x5 metres and benefits from a Roman End and jacuzzi jets. The depth of the pool ranges from 1 to 1.8m with a total of 90m2 of dallage (paving stones) surrounding the pool. The pool is enclosed meeting french regulations and the pool can be illuminated at night. Adjacent to the pool is an Abri-Piscine which is of timber construction under a red clay pantile roof.
